想跟大家聊聊身高體重和身體吋圍和平常做的運動:D
原PO身高:164cm
體重:54kg
肩膀寬度:34cm
手臂圍:24cm(內心的痛T^T)
腰圍:26吋
臀圍:35吋
大腿圍:50cm
小腿圍:35cm
平常運動:跑步(剛開始而已)
原PO像是四肢肥身材 囧
在這裡看了很多大家的心得和奮鬥
我也要一起努力XDDD
目標是48kg!!!

以前我有看星光 所以有注意過他
