以下是我已經開始實施的減重方式, 我的目標約為一個月3~5公斤,
飲食
香蕉早餐減肥法
早餐 香蕉1~2根+一瓶養樂多
午餐 正常吃
3點吃一顆糖或一些水果或一杯蜂蜜水
晚餐 正常吃 (7:30前飲食完畢)
喝水 早上空腹一杯冷水或溫水,
其他時間渴了就喝白開水或茶葉沖泡的茶
一般吃的東西仍為麵飯為主食,有菜少肉少油,
但是我吃微辣,吃到八分飽
運動
原本是下樓梯 被網友提醒會傷膝蓋改成上樓梯
大概一天兩次 15F
加上2天一次的40分鐘基礎瑜珈
睡眠
p.m 10~12之間一定睡
平日大概6 7點會依生理時鐘自然醒 假日會睡晚一點
目前狀態
想請問大家我這樣訂定的目標有辦法達的到嗎?
目前的狀況是166cm/53~54kg 體脂26~28(我一直想降下來)
標準體重是49kg.我的四肢算是細的胸部以我的體型來說剛好
可是腰腹跟大腿內側根部就是肉的
不需要瘦成紙片人 也不想變成小胸部 只想藉由清腸胃&運動讓我有腰
希望大家能給我一些建議~
