自己平常吃非常多常常一餐隨便點都可以點個150左右
大概就從半年前開始代謝好像變差了
以前怎麼吃都是維持在55公斤左右
今年過完年就開始從55爬升到63,28腰的褲子都穿不下了

大概就是前兩天吧
被朋友嗆說肚子很大覺得很不甘心
就跟他打賭我一個月就可以練出腹肌+減重很多公斤
我自己現在每隔一天就慢跑4公里+仰臥起坐.伏地挺身各100下
然後早午餐吃很多,不吃晚餐點心
(像我今天早午餐吃了兩個生菜起司蛋餅.一個鮪魚起司總匯三明治.一個和風醬的沙拉
一杯350ML的蘋果汁)
跑完步會吃3顆雞蛋跟x 毫升的豆漿
然後再做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身
晚上如果肚子餓就喝豆漿或牛奶
不想因為一個賭注弄壞身體
想問這樣吃東西搭配運動會不會有什麼問題??還是有沒有高手有更好的建議
