內容如下

第一天:
早餐:咖啡或茶(無糖)一杯 烤麵包厚片一片 花生醬兩茶匙 葡萄柚半個
午餐:咖啡或茶(無糖)一杯 烤麵包厚片一片 水煮鮪魚罐頭1/2罐
晚餐:咖啡或茶(無糖)一杯 蘋果一顆 四季豆一杯 紅葡萄一杯 肉8.5克 香草冰淇淋一杯
第二天:
早餐:咖啡或茶(無糖)一杯 烤麵包厚片一片 水煮蛋一個 香蕉半根
午餐:咖啡或茶(無糖)一杯 優酪乳或優格一杯 鹹餅乾兩片
晚餐:咖啡或茶(無糖)一杯 香蕉半根 綠花椰菜一杯 紅葡萄一杯 熱狗兩條
香草冰淇淋一杯
第三天:
早餐:咖啡或茶(無糖)一杯 蘋果一個 鹹餅乾一片 低脂起司一片
午餐:咖啡或茶(無糖)一杯 烤麵包厚片一片 水煮蛋一個
晚餐:咖啡或茶(無糖)一杯 香蕉半根 白花椰菜一杯 紅葡萄一杯 鮪魚罐頭水煮一杯
香草冰淇淋一杯 香瓜或哈密瓜一個
注意:
1.此配方有化學作用不可以任意更改 除鹽及糊椒外勿用其他調味料
2.須一次三天節食 可減4kg 三天後可照常飲食 但不可過分 四天正常飲食後
又可連續三天節食 一個月可減16kg
3.水煮鮪魚罐頭市場均有販售
4.水煮蛋要煮久一點
5.男生可加倍食用

重點是...我完全不懂他是要怎樣化學作用阿阿阿!!
不就是咖啡因+澱粉或蛋白質或脂肪+糖嗎?
