現在的我是個高二生
過去因為飲食習慣不是特別好,導致現在胖胖的 (176/93),但是我的手還算壯。別人
看我也都覺得不會很胖,我也不知道自己是真的胖還是骨架問題,不過今天我也下定決心
來減肥練腹肌、臂肌,不過我最頭痛的還是我的大腿跟屁股,這兩個個地方我真的不知道
怎麼瘦比較好(希望有人私信傳授訣竅),希望能在畢業前瘦到75,然後破學校鉛球記錄
