身高:165
體重:54
BMI:19
因為自己是屬於肉感,一直都覺得自己不夠瘦
目標是瘦到50kg
最近施行的是控制熱量飲食法,可是都覺得體重下不來
早餐:7-11三明治+薏仁漿 約350大卡
午餐:7-11麻辣燙 約350大卡
晚餐:因工作關係,下班都十點了,不敢吃太多,所以都只吃芭樂,但吃完也都很飽了
也吃不下其他東西
運動方面:因我本身工作需用到體力,需要拆貨補貨,運動量應該中等
但...
體重一直在53~55跳動,想請問各位我的問題到底在哪呢???
煩請多多指教!!!
