我從三月中開始減肥(原本54),前兩個禮拜就瘦兩公斤(52),但是體重就開始起起伏伏了
從四月初就開始在51.7~52.5之間,最近這兩個禮拜就直接都一直是52~52.5,
完全沒再看到51開頭的了><
我之前都是早午餐正常吃,沒有禁忌的食物,但是量會減少一點。
(有時候早餐還會吃餅乾) 晚餐就是吃水果之類的。
運動的話,只有體育課而已==
我一直的吃法都是一樣的,而且反而在一開始中午還有吃雞排蛋糕,自從體重降不下來
現在都沒有再吃了,但是也沒有再瘦。
我打算以後
早餐:桂格麥片+巧克力吐司
午餐:正常 (請問一碗麵的熱量大概多少?)
晚餐:桂格麥片
我基礎代謝大概1200,這樣可以嗎?因為中午也是正常吃,應該會有到基礎代謝吧。
我晚餐有時候也不太會吃,因為都不太容易餓,會吃東西都是因為嘴饞,因為想而已。
真的超討厭停滯期的。
