一年半胖了10幾公斤,現在辭掉工作專心唸書。
我身高155,體重63(超級胖的!!!)
預計在6月前瘦回50公斤。
計劃:一週游泳4-5次,每次游1500(約50-60分)
一週會上一次跳舞課&瑜珈課(都約一小時)
飲食:因為回到家哩,所以飲食都是媽媽煮,清淡很多。
就偏向正常的三餐飲食。
請問這樣的運動量夠嗎?
因為我游玩1500之後不會特別覺得累。
擔心會不會沒有用。
考慮過跑步,但跑步對我來說很累,大概不到20分鐘就不能了。
下定決心要好好減肥。
