我是新手 禮拜二開始和同學去健身房
我本身體型比較瘦 所以希望藉由健身練壯一點
禮拜二算是我第一次去
我跟著同學做 幾乎每個都做了
而且都做到力竭 直到完全使不上力氣
後來睡覺起來
果不其然是痛醒的
不過我知道第一次一定最痛
尤其我的上半身 兩隻手幾乎無法舉起來
更無法彎曲
下半身則是只有屁股很痛
本來想說今天 也就是禮拜四要去坐(做一休一)
後來實在太痛了 就想說再休息一天
我本身其實不會怕痛 不過真的只要彎曲 提高 就會痛的要命
結果現在情況還是沒改善
我同學說要痛的時候去更好
久了就會習慣
想請問我明天該去嗎?
就是硬撐著去照做一個部位之類
也怕說休息久了效果就沒了
請大家指點一下 謝謝!!!!
