運動2週多了 卻完全沒有變瘦 - 美體

我是女生食量滿大的
平常大概正餐都會吃一碗飯 傍晚肚子餓會吃個點心 吃蛋糕之類的
之前還在上班的時候(因為壓力滿大的) 吃在多都不會胖
上班後 體重從169/55 變成169/52 而且我真的吃很多 火鍋可以吃白飯一碗+冬粉一份
可是....
6月辭職以後
不知不覺下就從52變回55了
驚覺發胖以後 我就開始控制食量了 也開始運動了
目前運動兩週
第一周是健身房快走+小跑步 每天約45-50min
第二周是游泳(蛙式) 游一趟會休息3分鐘左右 大概游1-1.5hr
但是兩週下來 我完全沒有變瘦~~~~~反而還胖了0.5公斤
一直不知道是哪裡出了問題
本人排便很正常 偶而會灌腸(居家水療)
飲食方面自從變胖以後 我就都吃很少
早餐:自己打的豆漿 少糖(但是我大概都10點才起床)
午餐:五穀飯1/3碗 +青菜(少油) 偶而一兩口肉
晚餐跟午餐差不多
不知道是哪裡出了問題
我的褲子還是一樣緊 體重還是一樣都沒有變
請板上的大家幫我看看有哪裡需要改變的
