運動3個月成效不彰,請求建議 - 健身

我覺得你吃的東西太多太雜了,可以再吃的簡單一點。
就我個人來說很簡單,
早餐隨意一種50元之內的餐點,然後配一杯飲料。
中餐→一個便當 什麼便當都可以
晚餐→一個便當 什麼便當都可以
然後生活中完全沒有零食這種東西,最多喝喝手搖飲料。
有時六日跟朋友出去會說有那邊有特別的食物要去試試才會吃,
但是也不貪多,再好吃還是跟平常食量一樣。
一個星期至少運動個兩天,而且是真的運動到全身濕的那種程度。
我176/63~65,給你參考一下。
對了,我覺得最重要的一點就是
先把你的Facebook給砍了,或是再創一個規定一下不要用食物洗頻。
好友五個有三個天天用食物洗頻,一個星期七天有六天吃的都會po上去。
好讚好爽好好吃,你看了還不去吃跟本就落伍了好不???
我們是人,會受到誘惑是理所當然。
就算意志再堅定,天天看到食物洗頻不管身心都會受到很大的煎熬。
這是我覺得需要踏出去的第一步。
