只要消耗的多 就可以正常的飲食
但是如果一天攝取量多 "當天"就要運動多一點
還是一天吃多 要靠很多天補回來呢?
像多今天就多吃了餅乾 就靠今天多運動就OK了嗎?
還是明天也要增加運動量呢?
((最近克制不住 一直跑去買秤重的那種餅乾 數字餅乾等等))
