運動兩天卻變重,是正常的嗎? - 美體

這兩周持續運動
每天吃的飲食大約1200卡,且七點後不吃
以前這樣子都會持續減重
但這次~我剛剛量了,卻胖了兩公斤!!!! 怎麼會!!!
運動方式
每天x-bike騎兩小時
每天跳鄭多燕 30分鐘
還強迫自己每天喝水2000cc
之前光控制飲食就會瘦了,
現在搭配運動還變重,有點挫折...
是因為人老了嗎~~~~(哭)
板上有大大可以幫幫我嗎?
有看板上說變重是因為肌肉的關係
但是我還是想要體重變輕,難道都沒辦法嗎?
ps.大家跳鄭多燕都有成效嗎?一周要怎麼樣輪著跳比較好?
我目前都是跳1、4輪流,偶爾跳3,這樣可以嗎?
