各位晚安~~~~
自己從5月開始都有在運動
大部分都是慢跑 拳擊有氧 游泳 爬山
一個禮拜2-3天 交換著運動
每次都1小時,慢跑會比較久
慢跑走3公里跑5公里走2公里共10公里
想問各位運動玩洗完澡會馬上量體重嗎
因為我每次運動完洗澡後馬上量
都不像板上那樣會瘦個1公斤
反而都是胖一公斤
前幾天慢跑 (走5跑5)
洗完澡量馬上多一公斤
今天晚上跳的拳擊有氧1小時
運動前我吃了一顆桃子跟火龍果
1.5小時後運動1小時 洗完澡休息半小時
吃了一晚自助餐碗的清粥加2口的醬菜
剛剛去量體重又重一公斤
我只是覺得很奇怪
大家運動完量體重到底是會輕還是重
