我24歲,155公分,體重50~53之間動盪
開始練跑步很久了
大約有半年了
中間有斷掉過大約一個月
但是從本來一圈400公尺跑不完
現在可以跑完10圈還有體力
不過我跑得很慢
跑完十圈大約40~50分鐘
早上大約都是吃
一份蛋餅or火腿蛋吐司or饅頭夾蛋...etc一般的早餐+一杯紅茶
最近開始盡量把飲料戒掉
就吃一份早餐配白開水或是前一天泡的冷泡茶
中午因為上班
有時候會去夾自助餐
大部分都是吃炒飯、炒麵、鍋燒意麵...等等
下班之後休息一下會去跑步
(經期時會休息大約一周)
是體力而定
目前最少會跑個六圈再走個兩圈
(400公尺的操場,但我跑外圈也不知道差多少)
體力好一點可以跑八~十圈
偶爾會早起去跑步
不過早上跑步比較累
大約跑5~7圈就不行了
每週會運動至少4天
跑完步晚餐吃不多
但是盡量還是找有澱粉、蛋白質、纖維質的吃
會吃的大概如下:
1.烤番薯+茶葉蛋
2.水餃
3.小櫃子(青菜居多)
4.麵
5.滷味(夾菜+麵,不加醬料不加沙茶)
因為是外食,附近可以買的種類不多,所以選擇也不多
常時間(最少半年)下來,體重都沒甚麼變
體脂肪也一直差不多是在25~28%之間動盪
用布尺量身型也都沒甚麼變
有時候會被同事說好像瘦了,有時候又會被說怎麼變胖了
但期間都差不了幾天
雖然從一開始完全無法跑步、心肺功能也不好
進步到可以慢慢緩緩的慢跑十圈操場感到很驕傲!
但是無論是體重、體脂肪或是身圍都沒有下降
讓我感覺到很懊惱
到底是哪個環節出錯了呢
有人可以幫我提出癥結嗎~~~
