我目前156/50
肚子大的不像話~~~
前陣子45kg的時候雖然看起來不胖而且腳蠻細的
但肚子(尤其是小腹)還是很大
去測了體脂率是29%......囧
因為我只會游蛙式
感覺蛙式都沒什麼運動到肚子??只有腳的地方在動
是不是去上一些燃脂的有氧比較好呢
我有看到什麼纖腰翹臀的課程
看到版上很多人推薦跑步......可是我不喜歡慢跑QQ
