前陣子開始運動 順便減肥一下
於是選擇了跑步
一開始跑只能跑個大概1000吧...
現在慢慢進步到可以跑到2000了
但是 板上爬文 發現說運動後的30分鐘後才開始消脂
可是...我根本跑不到30分鐘阿!!
所以呢 想請問一下 如果我 跑一圈 走個半圈到一圈
在接著跑一圈 這樣會不會比較有效果呢?
