我有看置底文
也有爬文看之前的相關文章
但是我還是不是很清楚自己這樣的安排到底是在減肥還是增肥 Orz
因為每天上班到六點才下班
幾乎都是趕著上六點半或是六點五十分的有氧or瑜珈
所以我會五點多在辦公室先吃個麵包or包子or喝一杯麥片
然後再去上課
上課完約莫過半個多小時才吃晚餐
這樣是可行的嗎?
正餐大概就是便當or麵 這樣
這樣是可行的嗎??
因為通常等到吃晚餐大概都八九點了....
有人可以給點建議嗎
