這個問題當然爬文就可以知道了
但是我想以邏輯來討論這個答案
以慢跑來說好了
一個初學者一次跑完2K的距離,心跳可能有160+,時間先不管
但這個初學者持之以恆的訓練
提升心肺功能,體能也隨之上升
隨時間漸漸可以達到
2K 心跳150+
2K 心跳140+
2K 心跳130+
心肺提升的的結果,有以跑步為習慣的人都知道,正常狀態下心跳值是比一般人低
這是否代表心跳低的人平時消耗的熱量就比較少呢?
這時我們在訓練上把距離拉長
10K或是20K,也是隨著訓練慢慢增加(因為長時間的有氧消耗脂肪 > 肝醣)
對身體來說
為了要維持長時間的體力消耗
是否就會降低身體消耗熱量的能力
如果一個每天都有在運動的人,長久時間下來
如果身體習慣了長時間的體力消耗(指運動中)而變成了低消耗體力的模式
那變成在平常沒運動的時候,身體可能也以低消耗的模式在活動著
(就如上述的心跳意思一樣)
那不就是表示基代是會降低的嗎?
不知道我這麼的推論有否錯誤
因為目前我的狀況是這樣子,所以有點懷疑我的基代是否變低了
