今天去zara買衣服
順便拍張照片給男朋友看
結果我自己發現 腿比以前更勻稱了
(真是臭屁鬼 XXD) 低調照片 http://ppt.cc/mRl~
其實我只是為了身體健康
要替未來老公生一個健康白胖的小北鼻作準備
所以每天早睡早起
我吃很多 一天大概吃四五餐
(男朋友都會擔心以後養不起我這大食怪怎辦 XD)
本人絕非吃不胖體質
只是吃的幾乎都是少次加工食品
天然但充滿營養 (營養指的不是高熱量~)
一星期運動四天 每次五~六公里大概四十分鐘到一小時以內
以前四天都會慢跑
現在改成兩天16KM的健身車 兩天慢跑
也沒刻意做什麼抬腿等啊哩啊紮的保養 因為我是超級大懶人一枚
體重沒變 但尺寸都小了
運動當成生活的一部分 一種融入健康的態度
不要躁進想刻意要求什麼成果
身體就會自然呈現健康的樣子
這是我這三四年以來持續運動的唯一感想
成為習慣後 不運動就渾身不對勁啦 ^___^
