最近在想一個問題~
就是運動的時間應該是在
1.一天的第一餐早餐開始前先運動....然後洗澡....
最後在吃早餐(運動-->早餐中間有30-60分鐘左右)
或是
2.一天的最後一餐---晚餐結束的時候...運動完當然不能吃消夜~
因為原po是大學生~
1.2的差別是....1.是早睡早起~~~2.晚睡晚起~~~
請問哪一個比較容易瘦得快?
