我是44歲的中年婦女。
身高168,體重55。
週末日有爬山(郊山和中級山)的習慣已經五年,
去年開始進階爬入門百岳,發現自己負重能量太差,
於是三個月前報名健身房(女性30分鐘環狀運動那間),一週3-4次。然後也開始爬這個版……
在健身房第一次量體脂、骨骼肌,被嚇到。我的體脂高達29%,骨骼肌只有26.5%左右。
因為從年輕時就是瘦子,BMI過輕了大半輩子,所以不太在意體重。沒想到中年後變成泡芙人。肌肉這麼少,難怪負重能力都練不上來。
加上長期吃素(現在是蛋奶素、鍋邊的隨便素),爬文才發現自己的蛋白質攝取不足,也開始聽教練的建議,喝乳清蛋白,每天至少吃55克的蛋白質。
買了歐姆龍HBF-371體脂計,觀察自己的體重肌肉變化,發現很奇怪的現象。週末日登山(都是8小時以上)後,週一體重是57、28%左右,到了週四、五,又回到55、26.5%(就是打回原型)。
朋友說,這是運動過量造成的水腫。蛋白質的攝取也會增加腎臟的負擔……年輕的巨巨是體重的一公斤吃2~2.5克蛋白質?
有點不知道怎麼持續下去。
PS.上次體檢是兩年前,一切指數都正常。健身房的強度很低,剛好適合我這樣的中年婦女。不想放棄爬山。謝謝,請鞭小力一點。
