各位好:-)
最近有個問題很疑惑想請教大家,
我從四月底開始每天跳一小時的有氧舞pump it up(很動感的有氧)
最近有點膩了 所以前幾天換了鄭多燕來跳跳看,
發現鄭多燕的動作雖然蠻靜態的,可是跳到後面累度不輸給pump it up
而且跳pump it up跟跳鄭多燕,心跳也都差不多有130以上,
想請問這樣的情形,
兩者心跳數是差不多的,
但會因為鄭多燕相較之下動作比較靜態,所以燃脂效果也比較差嗎?
