不知道這篇文章可否po在這裡,如果有不妥,可告知,感謝~
我是個非常喜歡運動的女生,從8月份開始
幾乎每天都會去健身房跑步,我跑的速度是5公里,花35~40分鐘跑完
飲食作息方面,每天11點前就寢6點起床,不抽菸,不喝酒,
也不吃油炸類,加工類的食物,也不喝甜的飲料,最喜歡喝無糖綠
和白開水,半吃素狀態,不吃肉類,所以麥當勞,雞排是絕緣體
但每天都會吃飯,因為飽足感夠。
一直以來經期都很正常,8,9月份也都正常,但是10月份沒來(也無性行為)
就開始想,是什麼原因讓經期慢了,也許有很多因素
但在這裡想請教各位,會不會是因為,我沒有吃到基礎代謝率
在加上每天持續跑步,會讓經期突然不順?(我159公分,49~50kg)
不知道是不是有相關經驗的版友,可以提供你的建議..
我再來調整自己運動與飲食的方式,謝謝大家~~
