之前下定決心要把買來的x-bike好好利用一番~!
每天下班吃完晚餐 休息一下
就搬出x-bike看電視騎一個小時
我都騎3 轉速在38~42之間 一個小時約40km
一個禮拜至少踩了5天 維持了兩個星期
但......我體重跟外型一點都沒變......
仍竟是168/64.......
以下是我的三餐:
早餐: 牛奶加Special K 有草莓乾的那種
中午: 自助餐 沒有主菜 起碼4種青菜+一大塊滷豆腐+一碗飯
or滷肉飯+燙青菜+小黃瓜
晚餐: 牛奶加Special K
or鹹水雞 三樣青菜+雞腿
每天喝水最少超過1200ml
請問版上的高手~~~~我是出了什麼事???
穿牛仔褲還是擠出馬鞍肉~~~真想買把菜刀一刀兩段!!!!!
