想請問一下運動量跟熱量消耗的問題
如果說
一開始騎腳踏車
10km要花一小時的時間才能騎完
慢慢的
可以只花40分鐘就騎完
想請問一下
這樣運動40分鐘與原本運動一小時
所消耗的熱量是一樣的嗎???
還是說
現在騎15km/一小時
雖然距離變遠
但時間一樣
所以熱量消耗是一樣的???
