遞減組訓練法有缺點嗎? - 健身

各位巨巨好,
之前我都是採用「遞增組」的方式訓練。
主要是因為我已不再年輕,無法承擔受傷的風險,而且
又是自己訓練沒人在旁幫補,因此覺得遞增組慢慢增加
重量比較安全,可以視當天狀況決定要增加多少重量。
最近試了一下「遞減組」的方式訓練,結果令我有些驚訝,
因為不但力量有增加,總訓練量也有上升!
好比遞增組可以做35*10*2,然後 45*8*2,總量=1420
換成遞減組可以做45*10*2,然後35*10*2,總量=1600
45公斤先做時每組可以多做2下,同時35公斤後做依然
每組可以做到10下。
我試著每個部位的每個動作都改為用遞減組的方式訓練,
結果全部都是如上述的例子那般。
那「遞減組」豈不是太美妙了?這中間是不是有什麼雷區呢?
