我發現
還是要正常吃早餐對減肥比較好
不要賴床睡到中午連早餐一起吃
這樣那天會變成大食怪~~
早餐不吃 另外兩餐真的會吃很多
胃也會感覺像是無底洞
今天我就賴床沒吃早餐
結果今天吃了好多阿~~~
