要先感謝一下主購
開這麼多人的團,每次收信看到寄件名單都會覺得
主購真是佛心來的...
因為怕主購信箱爆掉,所以不敢寄信給主購道謝
還是在板上先謝謝佛心主購~
由於沒有啞鈴,所以我先做1.3.4片
很久沒運動的我,目前體力是游泳可以一次游2000沒問題
但是比利大叔5分鐘就爆汗(最久是撐到15分鐘)
先做第1片,感覺就很像一般的有氧運動
但韓國大嬸的目標好像都在訓練肌耐力
所以是手腳會有些酸,但都還能接受
做完30分鐘也很能感覺到心跳有變強,汗也流很多
第3片就開始注重在肌耐力了
前15分鐘我覺得手快斷了阿...後面的舞群也適時的發出虛脫的聲音
做完這片不太會流汗也不太會增加心跳
(可是後面有個戴耳mic的女的才10分鐘汗就濕了領口,太誇張)
但是能很明顯感覺到手和腿的肌肉都被訓練到了
第4片是地板動作,原本以為「應該沒什麼吧,沒有瑜伽墊也可以」
才做沒多久,到那個訓練下腹的動作
我就知道慘了,骨頭全部都壓到地板痛到不行
根本沒辦法動,所以就只好放棄 囧
要做第4片還是得乖乖買個墊子,才不會傷到
其實這些動作都和以前知道的雜誌上的鍛鍊動作是一樣的
只是看著DVD會感覺比較有動力一起做吧(?)
而且鄭多燕的動作真的很標準耶
後面舞群都快面目猙獰了(那個長頭髮的男的)她還能保持微笑
不愧是開拓人生第二春的大嬸...
以後我應該會以第1,3片為主
2,4沒有器材還蠻難一起做的
如果要論運動強度,比利大叔還是比較強
如果要練肌耐力,應該苦練鄭多燕會比較好

希望能對想了解鄭多燕DVD的人有些幫助~

對了,在跟著做的過程中
實在是很難不被那些乳溝給吸引目光阿
即使我是女的 囧
