重訓後、HIIT前的營養補充? - 健身

最近想把每週練手臂重訓(低強度訓練日)的那天,增加HIIT的訓練,
一方面能增加燃脂,另一方面想提升自己的心肺能力。
打算從高低強度區間1:4慢慢練起。
目前我的習慣是早起有氧運動前維持空腹,運動後儘快吃早餐,
而若是早起重訓的時候,會先吃一塊全麥土司將血糖拉起來,
重訓中後段快結束時會開始補充1:1重量比例的乳清加葡萄糖,之後也是儘早吃早餐。
問題來了…
如果我想在練二三頭結束後練HIIT,那…
1. 我該在練重訓前先吃全麥土司嗎?重訓過程約一小時,印象中爬過文說有氧前兩小時
內吃澱粉會抑制脂肪分解,那也會影響HIIT的效果嗎?
2. 我在重訓後補充的乳清+葡萄糖,還要加葡萄糖嗎?爬過HIIT的文,作者建議HIIT前先
喝一點乳清保護肌肉,但沒提到葡萄糖。
3. HIIT那篇文章中還有提到可以喝點黑咖啡幫助燃脂,但咖啡不適合重訓前喝(印象中會
影響重訓成果),所以勢必要在重訓後才喝,那跟乳清一起喝會不會有什麼影響呢?
大致上就是不太知道怎麼分配重訓後跟HIIT前的飲品,
不知道有沒有人這樣試過?請分享一下。
