練腿或是需要大量換氣的時候
使用氧氣瓶會有正面幫助嗎
一般登山用的那種氧氣瓶不是潛水那種大鋼瓶
練下半身真的很喘 一日兩練就緊繃
上半身就算一日三練都還好
想問問看搭配90%的氧氣瓶重訓有沒有差
