全身骨骼筋率32.7%
體幹皮下脂肪14.7%
體幹骨骼筋率25.8%
兩腳皮下脂肪22.2%
兩腳骨骼筋率50%
兩腕皮下脂肪22.5%
兩腕骨骼筋率37.8%
以前在台北工作都只做有氧
那時後體脂肪 18% 體重68
回高雄後鬆懈快2年後 又復胖
想改變做重訓
有沒有什麼部位需要加強的
