我的老公一路從警專畢業的78公斤
到現在在派出所工作飆到95公斤
我都想申請國賠了哈哈哈
麻煩就在他的作息不正常要上夜班
半夜會想跟同事一起叫牛排等等宵夜
也幾乎外食便當油油膩膩的
一放假回家他媽媽又會準備滿漢全席慰勞
我不知從何下手幫忙他一起減肥
目前我盡力有空就自己弄給他吃
水是基本
早上香蕉 三明治 綜合維他命 無糖豆漿
有空就燙多種蔬菜 白飯 冬粉 豆腐 雞胸肉 水果
單純吃食物不吃食品
體恤他上班累覺得還要逼他運動有點辛苦
有空就陪他去跑步 走路 走樓梯
最近天氣熱要開始執行游泳計畫
版上的各位有人可以在多給我一些建議嗎?
順便詢問推薦好穿的慢跑鞋?
