大約從兩個禮拜前,開始慢跑
是因為大學畢業後先去美國玩了4個月
在那大吃大喝 居然也沒胖
可能因為每天都大走路上下班吧
放假的娛樂 也是去 hiking 爬山之類的
所以沒胖反而瘦了一點
回國後 開始工作
就沒有在運動了 開始和朋友聚會吃吃喝喝
一個不小心 胖了.....
覺得這樣下去不行呀.. 想說去跑跑步好了
小時候是運動員 所以慢跑的速度比一般女孩 在快一點
上班的關係 一星期約跑三次吧 每次大約10圈 會再快走三圈做緩和
希望可以繼續下去囉!!!!! :))
