吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:無糖綠茶or無糖紅茶+兩片土司or小七三明治or全家烤地瓜or歐式麵包
午餐:自助餐(三菜一肉)秤重的大概吃50塊以內+白飯一碗(不吃炸的)
or 湯麵
晚餐:廣東粥or肉燥飯+燙青菜or乾麵+燙青菜or便當(同午餐)
其他:每天都會吃一盒水果(容量700CC保鮮盒)會在下午茶時間吃完/早上起床都會喝
400CC水/每天喝水量都有2000CC
日常作息時間:早上七點半起床 晚上大約11~11:30睡覺

運動習慣:
每周慢跑三到五天(每次約50分鐘),心跳數約130~140左右,持續約兩個月了
每周跳鄭多燕一兩天(沒去跑步就會跳鄭多燕,每次半小時)
最近兩周開始上班比較少跑(每周跑三天 一次50分鐘左右)
跑步時間大約在晚上九點左右(六點下班)
礙於進展太慢 計畫這周開始沒跑步的時間就在家跳鄭多燕
我的問題:
為什麼運動這麼久了,體重和體脂都沒有下降? 家人和男友有說身材變瘦和緊實
但為什麼體脂和體重都不會降? 讓我有點挫折..
所以想請問一下大家,對於我的飲食和運動有沒有甚麼建議?
