間歇性斷食要做什麼運動增肌? - 健身

各位帥哥美女好
本魯今年43,在今年五月底來到人生最胖的89.9公斤後被刺激到,所以決定開始用20/4間歇
性斷食來減重
從六月初到現在16號已經減了8公斤多最瘦的時候到80.2

算是有點欣慰,肚子消了,可是腰間的贅肉還是有點多,附上今天inbody 報告一張

我的問題是這樣,報告說要減脂增肌
可是我有椎間盤突出的困擾,痛到要吃抗焦慮加止痛藥才能睡著的那種,所以最近在復健
本魯想瘦到75,體脂肪率18以下,看看久違的腹肌,但是椎間盤的痛實在讓我沒辦法做強度
很高的心肺運動,例如跑步,去健身房划船更不可能,因為本魯社畜到每天早上8點起床回
到家已經快晚上11點,只有見紅休
上個禮拜有買35公斤彈力帶,在家裡練練背、手臂、胸這樣....腰的運動完全不敢動
到底有還有什麼運動適合我,讓體脂降下來啊?感覺卡關很久....很心煩
還有,我每天都沒吃到基礎代謝的量,蛋白質攝取也很低,可以靠乳清蛋白來補嗎?
請各位指點迷津,謝謝
