關於X-BIKE的阻力問題 - 美體

我騎了一個星期的X-BIKE
阻力設定在5,速度都維持19-20
可是我發現版上許多人阻力都沒有設定這麼高
不知我這樣使用對不對呢?
PS.到目前為止我的體力負荷還OK,隔天也沒有腿酸痛的現象
