關於三千跑步 - 美體

小的目前服役中
體測有個項目是三千公尺跑十四分鐘
所以放假回家會去練習
而我都是跑到標準後走一圈就回去了
整套加暖身大概半小時以內就結束了
1.有助於提高或保持基代嗎?
2.此運動量應該沒有消耗到什麼熱量吧?
3.這樣的運動量建議天天跑嗎?
或是放慢速度拉長跑步時間會比較好呢?
以上幾項問題,請幫我解惑吧~
