關於三角後束訓練的疑問 - 健身

這邊她是用cable向上拉,手臂呈水平來訓練三角後束
我的疑問是,手臂呈水平向後拉,會不會有肩膀內旋的情況發生?
再來是如果手臂呈我劃紅線的角度向後拉,是不是就改訓練到闊背肌?
