關於仰臥起坐的下背痛復健 - 健身

我以前有固定做仰臥起坐的習慣 一天約50下左右
剛開始出現下背痠痛的感覺還不以為意,以為是正常的肌肉痠痛
結果後來做到五下六下就刺痛得不得了
於是放棄仰臥起坐大概一年的時間了
剛剛爬文才發現好像是我的姿勢錯誤(或著應該說核心肌群不夠強壯?)
想請教一下如果下背已經受傷
該如何復健?
或著做哪些強化背部的運動
