之前曾介紹過「你的點心額度有多少?200卡的食物長這樣!」作為妞兒們選擇小點心的
參考,這回BuzzFeed再推出「2000卡的食物長這樣」,以警世影片直接將2000卡的食物呈
現在大家眼前。根據行政院衛生署建議,成年人每日應攝取約1500-2000大卡(根據性別
、年齡、體重略有不同,可至醫院診所使用專業型體重計測量基礎代謝率),老是跟體重
斤斤計較卻總是記不得熱量數字的妞兒,不如直接趁現在把衝擊畫面深深印在腦海裡吧!
