關於伏地挺身 - 減肥

最近運動減肥有點成效了
想加點伏地挺身來順便練練鬆垮垮的蝴蝶袖
但無奈一輩子弱雞又癡肥 連一下都做不太起來
有人跟我說可以先從膝蓋著地開始練 到瘦下來之後再全身撐
請問這樣子做會有效果嗎? 還是乾脆換別種練法比較實在?
