三餐內容
早餐:大杯冰豆漿(甜度正常)
鍋貼5個
乾麵一份
午餐:兩個肉鬆三明治
晚餐:白飯2碗 炒青菜半盤 肉類1/4盤(豬) 水果一份(有什麼吃什麼)
(晚上都在家裡吃媽媽煮什麼我就吃什麼)
如果加班就排骨便當一個
其他:無零食飲料
水大約喝2200cc-3000cc 沒仔細算過渴了就喝
日常作息時間:早上7:30起床 晚上12點睡 午休12:20-13:00
生活型態:上班族
這點比較不同,我是在現場無冷氣的工作環境站立著QC人員,大約一天會推動60-70公斤的
物品走5.5m大約60次(推過去空手回來),站立時間大約5-6小時,工作2個小時休息20分鐘
左右,中午12:00-13:00休息用餐.
運動習慣:室內的健身車阻力4 10km/30min (一星期會有3天)
伏地挺伸 20下/次 大約都做40個左右
滾輪7下/次 大約都做14個左右
我的問題:
我的工作會讓我的身體很勞累,前陣子腿部有不適,去看醫生後,醫生說
我的脊錐有錐間盤脫離壓迫神經的狀況,但如果是一般運動是可以的,醫生也希望我
減肥,並且鍛練腰復的肌肉力量,減輕上半身對脊錐的壓力,使神經較不會壓迫.
問題就在於,我的工作算比較需要體力的支出,我想知道我吃的東西是不是夠我身
體使用,再來因為白天工作的勞累,使我肌肉酸痛,但我又想運動,想重量訓練使我的身體
不易受傷,不知這種運動方式是不是足夠.
請板上大大...用力批...
