最近想好好練慢跑
之前雖然沒常跑
但要跑3000是還好
只是昨天突然興起跑個6000
小腿有點酸 我想應該是久沒跑的關系
有幾個問題想請教有經驗的鄉民
一小腿會酸各位隔天還是會照跑嗎~~??
二跑前的伸展操各位是都類似做那些~~?
三那個時段跑會比較好=>早上起來、中晚餐之前、晚餐後二小時~?
四常慢跑的人真的皮膚變好、沒皺紋、體力好嗎~?
五繼續第四那為何有些人跑一段時間後還是過二三小時會想睡覺~?
六剛練習時跑步心臟會喘不停這我已不會有了!!但我朋友為何會有很痛而
跑不下去的 情形呢~?
