我(男)現在身高170體重66,想藉由慢跑瘦身因為我是讀夜間部晚上要上課,所以可以運動的時間只有早晨想請教各位如果要運動減重是不是宵夜完全不能碰?因為有時候放學回到家肚子都會餓都受不了,還是回到家馬上睡覺?慢跑一定要穿慢跑鞋嗎?如果每天早上(6:00~7:00)慢跑操場10圈+打籃球要多久才有瘦的�
