我們都知道,水果對於健康是不可或缺的。食物中有分
低升醣、高升醣,水果也一樣,而高升醣食物容易導致
胰島素分泌,而胰島素會增加脂肪存積,故減肥中人應
盡量避免攝取高升醣的食物。

我家人特別愛吃葡萄、西瓜、芒果、鳳梨等高升醣水果
,且都是在飯後食用。
小弟有一個問題,飯後食用這些水果,是否更容易造成
脂肪的累積?更進一步的問,如果改成三餐中間吃,也
就是避免跟正餐的時間太過接近,對於減肥會不會比較
好?
