BMI:31.02(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:32.1(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
早餐:
原味蛋餅配水 或 煎餃配奶茶
午餐:
便當 或 泡麵
晚餐:
因為晚上都要上課
都以便當 或 炒飯為主
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我是一個高中生
因為晚上也要上課
所以的運動時間極少
下課走回家
洗澡前再做個幾組深蹲
就這樣過了兩個禮拜
體重完全沒變化
因為我想準備某考試
所以希望bmi大概要放在25以下
請問各位有推薦的外食嗎
怎樣吃熱量才會比較少啊
我已經沒在熬夜了
還有我回家能夠做什麼運動呢
我並不打算練肌肉
只希望單純讓bmi到標準
那需要多少強度的重訓呢
聽說抬腿有效那算嗎
請各位給我建議
