關於肉類膽固醇 - 健身

今天上班的時候跟一個護士小聊了一下
我問她說怎麼提升好的膽固醇
主要他還是提倡運動
但他跟我說膽固醇含量多寡由高至低排列為:
牛>豬>雞,鴨>魚(即紅肉>白肉)
但我記的膽固醇應該是豬>牛,我記錯了嗎????
100g牛油膽固醇=260mg
100g豬油膽固醇= 85mg
而100g豬瘦肉=70mg
100g牛瘦肉=77mg
雖然瘦肉的差異不大
但還是想搞清楚,因為媽媽的膽固醇過高
而他也跟我一樣以為是豬的膽固醇比較高
有人有答案嗎????
