關於訓練O型腿肌力 - 健身

如題,
小魯身高174體重55
有脊椎側彎(13度)和O型腿(小腿間的縫隙可以塞4根手指頭嗚嗚)
之前是籃球校隊
夢想是有天能扣到籃哈哈
想請問各位大大
腿的重訓會使我的歐型腿更嚴重嗎
以及有沒有方法能讓我的腿看起來直一些(訓練)
