關於跑步的問題 - 美體

我在外地工作
基本的運動就是每天睡覺前 伏地挺身+仰臥起坐
六日放假時會去學校操場跑一下三千
因為我想要瘦一下腰後肉 跟 下腹部的第7跟8塊腹肌的地方
之前在前面文章裡好像有看到
說跑步最好是跑30分鐘?
但是我跑完三千大約是11分多將近12分鐘
那這樣我是該要放慢速度還是拉長距離呢??
還是都可以?? 冏
因為我跑步的呼吸跟節奏已經習慣了
要改我也不太知道怎麼改 OTZ
或是有更好的建議?
